Your Board of Directors and Property Manager are committed to ensuring good communications at The Mill Club - so that Residents can be well informed about all that is happening in our community – news, events, activities, changes, etc.. We also want to have secure, timely and transparent reciprocal communications between the Board/Property Manager and Residents. This will enable your Board and Management to do their job efficiently and Residents can be confident that their needs and interests are appropriately considered and managed.
Timely and accessible communications (mostly by email) e.g. news flashes, announcements, etc. that are enabled and supported via The Mill Club website plus the many interactive communications features of The Mill Club website will enable all Residents to:
- Keep up-to-date with all events and activities at the Mill Club, including:
- Upcoming social events and activities
- Upcoming Board meetings, Town Halls, Annual General Meetings, etc.

- Residents can be informed by the Board or the Property Manager about decisions and activities that affect our community e.g. upcoming work activities on Common Elements.
