Good communications are a vital element of an attractive community and a well-run Condominium Corporation, for the benefit of all Residents.

 

Your Board of Directors and Property Manager are committed to ensuring good communications at The Mill Club - so that Residents can be well informed about all that is happening in our community – news, events, activities, changes, etc.. We also want to have secure, timely and transparent reciprocal communications between the Board/Property Manager and Residents.  This will enable your Board and Management to do their job efficiently and Residents can be confident that their needs and interests are appropriately considered and managed.

 

1. Keep up-to-date with all events and activities at the Mill Club, including:
   • Upcoming social events and activities
   • Upcoming Board meetings, Town Halls, Annual General Meetings, etc.
   • Calendar of events at the Clubhouse
   • Residents can be informed by the Board or the Property Manager about decisions and activities that affect our community e.g. upcoming work activities on Common Elements.
      
2. Get information about the various Mill Club facilities e.g. Exercise Area, Billiards Table, Library and how to make use of them
    
3. Get information about the various Mill Club interest and activity groups and contacts
    
4. Communicate quickly and easily with our Property Manager and with the Board, as appropriate, about Corporation matters e.g. requests for approval for external changes, problems related to Common Elements, etc.
    
5. Connect with each other to assist each other - easily and securely
    
6. Post ‘Classified’ ads e.g. items for sale or available for free
    
7. Easily access important documents, such as By-law, Specifications (e.g. Roofing), etc.
    
8. And more

 

This Mill Club website provides Residents in The Mill Club with an easy way to get information about all aspects of our Community and our Corporation, and to communicate their interests and ideas about making our our Community enjoyable for all and our Corporation well-run.

 

Residents have full discretion regarding the information they may choose to share with others in The Mill Club community via this website.
